After smoothly extracting data from nearly 100 multispectral images, the micatoolbox is randomly not working properly. I’m getting presented with an error message (i.e., “Exiting – can’t find image files” and “There are no image files in line 62”) when I try to load multispectral images, claiming that the RAW files associated with the images can not be found because they are not in the same folder, which is not the case. The files are organized the exact same way as the past 100 successful analyses. I have no clue what’s going on.

I attempted to troubleshoot by redownloading ImageJ, reinstalling the micatoolbox, installing later versions of the micatoolbox, updating ImageJ, and using different computers; however, nothing has been successful.

Does anyone know what may be happening?
