I am currently working with ROIs along the dorsum of salamanders, but I have two different workflows through the QCPA, one that requires clustering and one that does not. I know that when I load a multispectral image that has been rotated with saved ROIs, they are no longer aligned. I have been saving the rotation angle I use for the first workflow so that I can enter it prior to my new workflow. Essentially once I load in the .mspec I rotate to the saved angle, save the ROIs in the proper alignment, and then complete the new workflow. It seems like it has been working and accurately assessing the proper ROIs, but I wanted to confirm that this is a valid way to adjust my ROIs rather than re-outlining them.
