When I open ‘Generate Multispectral Image, I fill all the necessary details and when I click on OK. It gives an error saying
‘file not found in line 246’

I think this might be an installation issue – make sure the four folders in the zip file are extracted into the “imagej/plugins” directory. The current download file is confusing – I’ll fix it! Check that there is a file like this in this location: “…imagej/plugins/micaToolbox/importSettings.txt”.
