Hi folks! I’ve run into an issue when loading mspecs. When generating a Linear Normalized Reflectance Stack, everything runs as expected and a stack of greyscale images is produced. However, if that mspec is saved and re-loaded (still as a Linear Normalized Reflectance Stack), it appears in full color as though it were a Linear Color Image.
The next step in my pipeline requires converting to cone-catch, which I’m not sure is appropriate with a Linear Color Image, so I’m eager for any advice.

Not to worry, this is something I noticed as well. When re-loading an mspec the toolbox creates an RGB composite visualisation rather than displaying a greyscale image. This does not change the values of the mspec tho and is simply a choice of visualisation built into the toolbox.
