I am able to use ImageJ just fine and I can generate multispectral images using the basic vis and vis&uv camera files, but once I try to generate an image using a custom file, I run into a macro error
Index(1) out of 0–1 range in line 250
if ( parseInt (settingsTemp[j <]>) >stackSize)
I know this file works for others, specifically on a Mac, but I tried using previous versions of micatoolbox and uninstalling and reinstalling both ImageJ and micatoolbox

Hmm, hard to say what’s causing it. Happy to help if you want to send me the file in question. I could try to reproduce the error?
