Hi,

I have converted an mspec to cone catch (there are no issues with the generated cone mapping model), measured the ROIs and then used the JND calculator. I can obtain results from the measured ROIs (means and SD) in the cone catch image but the issue occurs when using the JND calculator producing NaN. Is there a solution for this? Can JNDs be calculated by hand? Also I am using the latest release of the toolbox on an apple device so I’ve yet to try it on a windows computer to see if that resolves the issue.

Many thanks!

Mark
