Hi, I am analizing images using the QCPA framework and when I get the summary results and the ROI cluster results, the values I obtain in the columns lw_mean, mw_mean and sw_mean are <1 decimals, what are the units of these values? Are these values within a correct margin?

The values indicate the mean cone stimulation of each respective cone type across all the pixels belonging to a given cluster. The concept behind clustering an image is that each pixel belonging to a given cluster has an identical value. Therefore, these averages effectively have a variance of 0. The naming (mean_) originates from the toolbox function summarising the properties of a given ROI (i.e. when you select an ROI in a cone catch image and press ‘m’) as this is used to report the cluster values (with each cluster being its own ROI).
