I have a bit of an issue/query with regards to generating multispectral images. Forgive me for the basic questions + understanding, I’m a phd student and colour analysis is way out of my usual wheelhouse!
Ive been trying to linearise jpeg images for later analysis of colour intensity/reflectance. I followed the video walkthrough with regards to using a colour standard to create a custom linearisation model, seemingly without any issues. However, when I try to apply this to an image and it asks me to select the XYZ%, there is no selection box and I’m unable to drag anything or create one. Am I missing something or is this a glitch with the program?

This is a recurring issue that has been addressed in multiple toolbox updates. However, it seems to pop up again from time to time. It’s usually no big issue, as you can still draw your ROI and you will still get an idea of its outline when hovering over it with your cursor. Have a look at some older forum posts on the same topic!
