Differences in opsin expression: can I translate into micaToolbox?

Hi all,

I’m working on a project involving Astatotilapia burtoni, an African cichlid species. We’re profiling different color morphs and I’m interested in integrating cone catch modeling into our methods. Specifically, I’m interested in trying to represent differential opsin expression levels (data from Butler and Maruska, 2021) in the visual system of females of varying reproductive status (i.e., gravid vs mouthbrooding) observing males of different colors. How would I go about adjusting cone catch output to reflect these differences?
