I’ve recently run into the following error when trying to generate a cone mapping model from chart with micaToolbox in ImageJ:
“Dialog error in line 139. Dialog . addChoice (“Receptors”, <receptorNames>);”
I’ve noticed the previous answers for this problem seems to be naming the file without special characters, and I tried that (naming it ‘Results’) without success. I’ve also tried both .csv and .txt files.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Hi,
It might indicate an issue with the order of the receptor names? Either way, the error indicates that the code fails to read the receptor names from your file (for whatever reason).
