When running the QCPA framework for making independent colour maps (moth and background) I can run the framework for the moth but when I try to run it only for the background I keep getting a dialogue box that says ‘The active image does not have a selection’. I’m following the tutorial video step by step and I’ve double checked that the selected background area is saved in the ROI manager so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong 🙁

Could you give a little more info on when exactly the error happens? One possible source of the error is that the “background” selection in that example might sometimes be rounded to being outside the re-scaled image. So try using a slightly smaller background which is a bit further from the edge of the image.
