I am working on zebrafish color vision and is looking forward to use QCPA framework. I have found a literature with the spectral sensitivities of the photoreceptors of zebrafish. It would be helpful if the species can be listed in the micaToolbox. Also, do comment on the validity of the given spectral sensitivities in the literature, if they seem compatible with the framework.

It would be great to have the details for the photoreceptor spectral sensitivities, relative abundance and receptor noise estimates for Zebrafish included in the toolbox. As I am not an expert on Zebrafish vision I cannot comment on the suitability of the linked research. I do, however, know that D.Osorio is one of the original authors of the RNL model and as such I would not hesitate to consider the data used in their study.
Do let us know once you have compiled the respective information as valid input files for the toolbox and I’m sure it can be added without any issues.
