Cone catch of all pixels in ROI

Hi,

The current ‘Image Analysis -> Measure ROIs’ function outputs the mean and SD cone catch values of the ROI. Is there a simple way to extract the values of each pixel within the ROI?

Hi,

The ‘measure ROI’ function is set, specifically providing these summary metrics. It uses the basic ROI analysis functions in ImageJ (https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/docs/menus/analyze.html). If you go down to the section ‘Tools menu’ –> ‘save XY coordinates’ it seems to suggest a way to save all XY coordinates of each pixel together with their pixel value.
