Hello all – we examining disruptive coloration of small vertebrates against various backgrounds using GabRat. However, I’m having trouble obtaining Gabrat values – whatever Sigma value I input automatically becomes the “Gabrat” value in the Results window. This happens when I use either the “Gabrat Disruption ROIs” under Image Analysis, or “GabRat Disruption” under Tools. I expect I’m missing something simple – any suggestions?
