Is there a facility for batch processing (like batch multispectral image analysis) to generate cone-catch models and run QCPA framework for a set of images at a time with same settings, using ROIs in their mspec files (all multispectral images are already generated).

Hi Nivetha,
I have written a batch script a while ago but it’s very rudimentary and not quite ready to be added to the toolbox yet. I can recommend writing your own script though, as little help as that is. Hopefully I’ll find some time soon to polish the script some more so it’ll be able to be used. Jolyon’s written similar scripts but all of them are very specific to whatever analysis you have in mind. In short: not at this stage I’m afraid.
