hello,
We are running batch multispec analysis to generate pattern and luminance results. Then when we go to Data analysis -> pattern and luminance distribution difference calculator, the error message of ‘the number of results must be a multiple of the bin size of zero’ comes up. We have tried changing different selections to see if we can get the pattern and luminance comparison to work, but haven’t been successful.
Any advice on what’s going wrong?
Hi Lowri,
Sorry to hear about the bug. This might be due to a change introduced in the way ImageJ handles results tables.
Could you please try rolling back to a previous version of ImageJ (go help>update> and go back to e.g. 1.49) Then try again. If this fixes your issue then let me know and I’ll work on a fix. If it doesn’t fix your issue then please email me some sample data to play with myself to reproduce the issue.
Cheers,
Jolyon
Hey Jolyon, not sure if this issue got resolved but I just came across it myself and I think the problem was that when you load the pattern results csv back into ImageJ it has the title ‘pattern results’ instead of just ‘results’ so ImageJ for some reason can’t deal with it and doesn’t know where to look for the results to analyse. I renamed the file to just ‘results’ and it worked fine. Hopefully that helps anyone who gets this error!
